CCA and FCFCU Partnership Announcement

Central Credit Audit (CCA) and First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union (FCFCU) have partnered together to further serve their communities by providing additional debt resolution options.

CCA, headquartered in Allentown, PA, began in 1978 as a specialist in collecting delinquent health care bills. With a strong team working together, CCA has expanded their services across all industries. FCFCU has been serving members and businesses in the Greater Lehigh Valley since 1959. FCFCU has grown to provide banking services to more than 70,000 members and 1,800 Employer Partners and has recently surpassed the $1 billion in assets milestone.

CCA and FCFCU are both anchored in a similar mission and vision and are committed to bringing their community members options and resources. CCA strongly believes that people want to pay their debts, but oftentimes circumstances arise that prevent them from immediately being able to do so. FCFCU will give debtors even more resolution options on their path forward to resolve their delinquent debts.

“First Commonwealth FCU is honored to partner with CCA to provide an additional resource to those navigating through financial wellness challenges. These challenges are shared by many American consumers seeking needed guidance and long-term solutions. Our certified counselors and Credit Union resources are at the ready to assist,” said James Gagliano, Chief Engagement Officer of First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union.

As a member of FCFCU, individuals will have access to the following resources for debt resolution:

- A dedicated personal team member will review an individual’s circumstance and financial situation

- Debtors are eligible for credit counseling and budgeting courses

- Debtors and clients can see what financial products may be available to them

FCFCU’s financial services are available both in person as well as virtually, giving people more servicing options that fit their needs.

“First Commonwealth FCU is thrilled to be partnered with CCA to provide financial wellness and budgeting tools to help those who are in need of support. The Mission and Vision of our organizations are aligned in helping those within our community in their pursuit of financial happiness. I am confident our certified counselors and Credit Union resources will offer the financial assistance people need,” said Terry Grier, Chief Lending Officer of First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union.

“CCA’s mission is to support the strong and growing businesses around the county, while providing first-class customer service to debtors by treating them with respect and dignity. We have a strong team at CCA that works together to help debtors and consumers accomplish the same thing: to resolve a legitimately owed debt or clear up any misunderstandings. We wanted a partner that had a strong and local presence, but was also positioned for growth. After my first call with Donna LoStocco, I quickly knew that our mission and vision for helping people in our local community aligned, making First Commonwealth the right strategic partner. We are excited to be working together and I am confident that our partnership can help resolve issues quickly and efficiently while providing debtors with resources for resolution,” said Katie Keich, Chief Operating Officer of Central Credit Audit.
